The restaurant Riva is located in the municipality of Ponte dell’Olio. The castle, the Palazzo Scribani-Rossi and the church of San Martino surround the restaurant.
It’s a family-run restaurant, created in 1987 by Carla and Maurizio. It offers dishes of a deliberately simple but refined cuisine, contaminated by the colors and flavors of the garden. The dishes are signed by Carla’s personal style.
In 1997 the Riva Restaurant received the prestigious Michelin star. It also has consistently positive scores in all major national guides, articles in various national magazines and it is into the JRE group: the “young restaurateurs of Europe” whose motto “talent and passion” perfectly matches the story of Carla and Maurizio.
The restaurant has a prestigious wine cellar. In addition, an aperitif corner has been created in the old workshop adjacent to the restaurant where on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6. 30pm to 8pm quality aperitifs are served.
