The maitres chocolatiers, for this occasion, gather in a unique performance, to delight visitors with their mastery in the processing of chocolate starting with the classic “chocolate salami” (250 meter long).
The performance continues with the pyramid of cremini and, in the main square the classic “mountain of profiteroles” ( 3500 chocolate puffs).
