Sul Guadare. Act III /Berlinde de Bruyckere – Carol Rama – Giovanni Angelo Del Maino

Starting from the subject of the Renaissance sculpture recently attributed to Del Maino and part of the diocesan collections, the artistic process works on the theme of resilience to pain between vulnerability and strength. The languages of Berlinde de Bruyckere (Ghent, Belgium, 1964) and Carol Rama (Turin, 1918-2015) move between sculpture, drawing, engraving, installation, sound research and the applied arts, crossing time, space and public and private collections.
The exhibition is the result of a collaboration with the Conservation and Restoration Centre La Venaria Reale and the Museums of the Diocese of Piacenza-Bobbio.
