Located in the fortress gardens, it’s round, it was inaugurated in 1911 and projected by the architect Manfredo Manfredi (he also designed Piacenzas Palazzo della Provincia). Visconti’s coat of arms is sculptured on the fountain’s base. There are also bronze medallions representing benefactors’ prophiles.
