The collegiate presents a Gothic-Lombard style from the beginning of the 15th century, it has a brick façade culminating in three cusps and a central portal with a lunette. The interior has three naves, divided by large columns supporting ogival arches showing remains of precius frescoes. Among the interesting art pieces there is on the main altar the beautiful polyptych (a complex carved wooden structure on two levels with polychrome statues) created in 1474 by the Bongiovanni and Giovanni Bassiano De Lupis brothers from Lodi.
