Single nave church built to fulfil the needs of San Rocco Confraternity in the second half of the 16th century. Since then, it has undergone several restorations and today it offers some major masterpieces among which a canvas representing a Virgin Mary by Giuseppe Nuvolari, a San Rocco (birth and death) by Giuseppe Gorla and an Apotheosis of San Rocco by Paolo Bozzini. In the presbytery there is a statue of San Rocco sculpted at the end of the 16th century.
