The chocolatiers will present regional specialities and sculptures, with special attention paid to the different dietary needs and choices: gluten-free, organic, vegan, sugar-free; and presenting delicacies such as the prized raw chocolate, i.e. chocolate that does not undergo roasting and maintains all its characteristics intact.
