From 8 am in the city center of Bobbio the artisans of the almond brittle will be at work, offering tasty samples of this typical dessert of the local Christmas tradition.
Simple dessert made with almonds and sugar, raw materials with which the artisans create and compose sweet sculptures. The product was recently awarded the De.Co.
