The city of Piacenza has been selected by Federscherma to host the Frecciarossa 2025 Italian Absolute Olympic Fencing Championships.
The competition venue is confirmed as for the national championships at the Piacenza Expo exhibition centre, while the grand finale is scheduled at Palabanca Sport.

During the event, the Pettorelli Fencing Club, which has been promoting fencing in Piacenza for many years, is organising side events at the competitions.
Special medals have been prepared for the event, which, in honour of the city, represent the equestrian monument of Alessandro Farnese.
