Festa della castagna “Bionda di Vezzolacca”
(“Bionda di Vezzolacca” chestnut festival)
Now in its 18th year, this festival celebrates one of the typical products of the area (and of autumn): chestnuts, particularly the “Bionda di Vezzolacca” cultivar, recognized as a Traditional Food Product (PAT) by the Emilia-Romagna Region.
When: Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 12:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Where: piazza di Vezzolacca, Municipality of Vernasca
Indoor food stands open for lunch. Musical accompaniment with the Giorgio Villani orchestra.
