On Sunday 4th May 2025 Ponte dell’Olio will host the 19th edition of
Pancetta Piacentina Dop Fair and Spring Fair
The long-awaited exhibition is dedicated to Pancetta Piacentina Dop, one of the 3 protected Piacenza’s cold cuts, together with coppa and salami.
Pancetta, a typical local product, is celebrated with tastings, themed exhibitions, workshops for children, and a catering area is also available to the public.
The Spring Fair takes place in Via Veneto and Via Roma. The stands include stalls selling handicrafts and quality objects.
Shops remain open all day long.
