Reopened after initial restoration work in 2009, the former Church of San Vincenzo is rich in frescoes and decorative works typical of the Baroque period. Created in the early 18th century, the decorative work involved the quadraturist Felice Biella in collaboration with Andrea and Giovan Battista Galluzzi. The representations of angels, prophets, allegorical figures, biblical scenes and saints (in particular the Theatine saints and St. Vincent, to whom the church is dedicated) involved the Flemish artist Roberto De Longe, as well as Giovanni Evangelista Draghi and other painters active in Piacenza between the end of the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th century.
