She is a movie&#8217;s and theater&#8217;s Italian actress.<\/p>\n<p>She spent her childhood between her family house and <a href=\"https:\/\/visitpiacenza.it\/en\/places\/gropparello\/\">Gropparello<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In 1974 she moved with her family to Piacenza.<\/p>\n<h3>Isabella Ferrari&#8217;s career<\/h3>\n<p>When she was 15 years old she won <strong>Miss Teenager contest<\/strong>. As a first award, she won a discographic contract with WEA, the Italian record Company, which gave to Isabella the opportunity to make a 45rpm record.<\/p>\n<p>After this first experience Isabella moved to another career&#8217;s path.<\/p>\n<p>In 1980 she appeared for the first time at the italian television for the &#8221; Sotto le stelle&#8221; show of Gianni Boncompagni.<\/p>\n<p>During this play she was noticed by the director\u00a0 <strong>Carlo Vanzina<\/strong> and in 1981 she played as Selvaggia in &#8221; Sapore di mare&#8221; movie, her first one.<\/p>\n<p>When she turned 18 years old she decided to move to Rome and start definitively her actress career, between movies and theater.<\/p>\n<p>In 1988 Isabella was chosen by <strong>Marco Tullio Giordana<\/strong> for a role in <em>Appuntamento a Liverpool<\/em> in which she had to perform as a hopeless girl who wass ready to kill the hooligan who had murdered her father.<\/p>\n<p>In 1989 Isabella played in <em>Willy Signori e vengo da lontano<\/em>, in 1994 she is in <em>Cronaca di un amore violato<\/em> by Giacomo Battiato.<\/p>\n<p>At the &#8220;Mostra del Cinema di Venezia&#8221; (Venice Film Festival) in 1995 she won <strong>Coppa Volpi <\/strong>(Volpi Cup) award as the best actress for her role in <em>Romanzo di un giovane povero<\/em> by Ettore Scola with Alberto Sordi.<\/p>\n<p>In 2000 and in 2001 Isabella played as police chief in the two series of &#8220;Distretto di Polizia&#8221; one made by Renato de Maria ( who will later become her housband) and the other one made by Antonello Grimaldi.<\/p>\n<p>Isabella appeared in many other movies: <em>Vite sospese<\/em> by Marco Turco, <em>La lingua del santo<\/em> by Carlo Mazzacurati, <em>Il seme della discordia<\/em> by Pappi Corsicato, <em>Saturno contro<\/em> and <em>Un giorn0 perfetto<\/em> by Ferzan Ozpetek, <em>Caos calmo<\/em> by Antonello Grimaldi with Nanni Moretti, <em>Due partite<\/em> by Enzo Monteleone.
