In order to roll out the shortcrust pastry, it must be rolled out on a sheet of plastic wrap or a sheet of baking paper.<\/p>\n<p>Roll out the first sheet, put the filling and cover with the other sheet that must be poked with a fork. Bake in a very hot oven (250\u00b0) and after 15 minutes gradually lower the temperature.<\/p>\n<p>Bake for about 1 hour. Use a round baking pan with a diameter of 25 cm or a rectangular baking pan of 23 x 30 cm.
