We propose and average difficulty itinerary enabling mountain-bike lovers to know and appreciate interesting parts of the watershed beteween Trebbia and Nure Valleys, a natural element connecting the two valleys.The track also allows visitors to admire the ancient, restored Castellaro&#8217;s sanctuary, sacred since ancient times (as confirmed by the toponym recalling ancient celt-ligurian origins).<br \/>\nTHE TRACK: Departure is from Quadrelli di Travo&#8217;s church, frescoed by the painter Ricchetti. From there you take (at the first junction on the right) a path that, after about 2 Km and a half, will take the Mountain-biker first to Stazzano and then to &#8220;Ca Inglese&#8221; : this place offers a nice view of the river and of the whole valley .At the end of the path take a steep sheep track(difficult to cycle) in the underwood. Such track will shortly leave, after crossing a streamlet, to Viserano&#8217;s cemetery. Here take the asphalted road to Passo della Pia. After some bends and going along the trunk road for about 3 km, the biker will reach a junction to &#8220;I Dodici&#8221;. taking the non-asphalted road on the left you&#8217;ll soon reach a peculiar group of houses witnessing our Apennine&#8217;s past. Here starts the off route part of the itinerary . Take, in the village centre, a slight descent of some hundred metres, which will soon become a &#8220;single trek&#8221; leading. amid chestnut groves, to Montebello. After Montebello the bridle path begins to descend quicly.The path subsequently leads to &#8220;Amaini&#8221; , where it meets the provincial road coming from Quadrelli and leading first to Chiulano and then to. Carrying on in this direction, on the left towrds Nure Valley, after 500 m you&#8217;ll reach another open space. On the letf, in ascent, you&#8217;ll foind the sheep-track which will lead, after 300 metres, to Castellaro&#8217;s oratory. From here you can go downwards (junction on the right before the little church) till you reach the trunk road. When you reach the road, bike for 2 km up to Chiulano.
