17th May. The Roman section of the Archaeological Museum of Piacenza opens

New opening. Monday 17th May the Roman section of Piacenza Civic Museum opens.

After the restoration of the underground area and the deep study of artifacts the New Archaeological Museum is ready to open the doors to the public, inside Palazzo Farnese.

The visitors will have the opportunity to admire pieces which were never exhibited before; 1400 finds, 15 rooms to tell the story of the Roman Placentia, from its foundation until the Langobard age IV Century a.C.
