Where: porticoes of Palazzo Gotico, piazza Cavalli
A food and wine event dedicated to the protected products of the territory, with numerous initiatives, interactive workshops, show cooking, AperiDOP Piacentino, and the important event of “Tramonto DiVino“, which will be the setting for tastings of Emilia-Romagna PDO and PGI food products accompanied by the best regional and Piacenza wines.
Under the arches of Palazzo Gotico, it will be possible to watch the preparation of a Coppa Piacentina Dop, a Salame Piacentino Dop, a Pancetta Piacentina Dop and participants will be able to experience the hand tying of a cured meat.
