Though partially rebuilt in neogothic style in the 20th century,the church has medieval origins. Inside, there are a precious organ of the end of the 18th century and remains of 15th century Lombardic style frescoes; such works represent on the pillars devotional images of saints, among which S.Rocco, Annunciation on the triumphal arch, a wooden crucifix in the second chapel, Adoration, Crucifixion and Stories of S. Giuliano in the lunettes. The church was built to commemorate the passage of S.Rocco, to whom it had initially been dedicatedInside the church a ‘F.lli Lingiardi 1840’ organ restored in 2004.
